NIBBLES WAS 9TH IN HER CLASS AT THE NATIONALS IN 2008

Nibbles was the true beginning of our Nubian champions. Her name appears on the pedigrees of most of our herd today. She is very uphill, long, level, and being extremely level from hips to pins and thurl to thurl. She stands on strong feet and legs as a ten year old and is well angulated. Her udder is absolutely tremendous. She is extremely well attached both rear and fore with good teat placement. She ended her show career with 13 Best of Breeds and 11 Best in Shows. We are very sad to say that we lost our Nibbles. She lives on in our pedigrees and will be greatly  missed. Nibbles was 9th in her class of 7 years and older at the nationals in 2008. She also competed with Megan Tredway Carter in the Get of Sire and they won 1st place!

Pebbles is the first daughter and the first to finish her championship out of Nibbles. She is one big, strong, powerful doe. While being extremely uphill and level over the top line she stands strong on her feet and legs. She is well sprung and deep in the barrel with a “to die for udder” as commented by several judges.

I lost Pebbles in kidding this 2013 season.  I am very sad.  i have lost a special friend.  She loved me unconditionally and i miss her very much.  She lives on in most of my animals.  She was the grandmother of all grandmothers!  Her heart lives on in my heart.

A granddaughter to Nibbles and daughter of Pebbles, Juliet easily finished her championship at two shows as a three year old. She continues the tradition of long, tall and strong. As a four year old she has come into herself with the strength and power of her mother. Her udder is a carbon copy of her mother’s “To die for” udder.

Gracie is our  fourth generation champion that falls back to Nibbles on both the top and bottom of her pedigree. She is so flashy and easy on the eye. With an extremely level top line complemented by her depth of body and correct angulation she carries her udder high and tight.

Five days after i lost Pebbles in kidding, i lost Gracie in kidding.  It has taken me awhile to be able to share this.  I am so very saddened by these loses from my herd.  They were an important part of my vision for my herd and the beginning of my successes that live on in my future animals.  A friend reminded me in my sadness that the "well is not dry".  I still have some special animals from this bloodline to carry on in their parents honor.  So as i pick up my journey, i will continue to produce show quality animals in their memory!

Prudence hopefully will be our 5th generation from Nibbles to earn a permanent championship in her future.  She is a lovely doe with sharp withers and great angulation and has great rear udder attachement and smoothly blended fore udder.... She is looking more like her dam, Gracie. 
Prudence has won 2 reserve championships and 1 Grand Championship in 2014....State Fair of Texas she won the Grand Championship at 2 years old!

Chatty Cathy is a very striking doe. She is long and tall with a level top line. Her udder is well attached being high in the escutcheon with a smooth fore udder attachment.  Chatty finished her championship as a three year old.

Hadossah is a Nibbles daughter bred to Aslan which has shown to be a very correct breeding.  She has an udder like her dam. She won 4 reserves as a 2 year old. She just needs to mature which should happen this season. Her udder and fore udder is very desirable, Her body and angulation is just like her dam.  She brings a great hope this show season.  We are hopeful she will earn her permanent championship as she matures.
She has won 6 Reserve Grand Championships in her short career!  We are hopeful her day will come with the grand championships!

Raven is Hadossah's full sister and also has her dam's body and udder.  Their fore udder and rear udder attachments are great just like their dam, Nibbles!  Raven won a Reserve Championship last fall and at the State Fair of Texas 2012 she won the Grand Champion.  She has freshened this year with a mature udder and should do well in the show ring this spring.  She looks just like nibbles! The judge at the state fair said she had the most well attached udder of the show and that was as a 1st freshener. Her udder is magnificent!

Pippi is a slightly different bloodline. She is out of Chatty Cathy and Frodo.  She is long and lean and has a very nice udder attachment like her dam.  I know she will be an added asset to our show herd. Her dam easily finished her Permanent Championship as a 3 year old and we are hoping for her to continue in her dams footsteps.  She won the reserve championship at the State Fair of Texas in 2014.

Miriam is the exact same breeding as pebbles, just 7 years later!  She is very tall and long and very dairy.  The judges have referred to her as a teenager and just needs to mature. Hopefully we will be able to show her in 2015.
